15:00 – 16:30 Introduction to excellent olive oil and its production (from
field at the mill).
4.30pm – 5.15pm Lesson on how to taste oil and how to taste a dish.
Practical tasting of 5 EVOs from the company and a commercial oil.
17:15 – 18:00 Study of the evening menu, how to plan a menu and a dish.
18:00 – 20:00 Practical cooking lesson in preparation for dinner.
20:00 – 22:00 Dinner
10:00 PM – 11:00 PM Debriefing of the day and lessons learned.
Teachers
The teaching will be carried out by the Founder or by a Member with cooking skills.
If desired, the chef can be chosen, upon request and in agreement with the participants, from among some starred chefs.
Duration
Normally the program starts at 3:00 pm and ends at 11:00 pm. It is possible, upon request, to program it to start at 9:00 am and end at 5:00 pm; in
In this way, however, a part of the theory must be postponed to the practical part of cooking and also to lunch.
Location
The lesson and lunch or dinner will be held in the Company Founder’s Residence.
