09:00 am – 11:00 am Introduction to fine olive oil and its production (from the grove to the press), with special focus on harvesting and pressing. Tasting of three oils.
11:00 am – 1:00 pm Taking part in olive harvesting in the grove.
1:00 pm – 3:00 pm 3-course lunch with EVOO as the key component.
3:00 pm – 5:00 pm Presence during the pressing and filtering of the oil. Tasting of the newly-produced oil.
5:00 pm – 6:00 pm Review of the day’s activity and lessons learned.
The lesson and lunch will be held in the farm mill, in a grove and the residence of the farm’s founder (the address and map can be found on the last page).
Italian or english (to be determined when the reservation is made).
The price per person is €180,00 VAT included (including the lessons, materials, meal and beverages, and a “Confezione Prestige” package of three of the farm’s oils).
