Description

A hilly area at an altitude of 600 m with eastern exposure, in a zone dedicated to the cultivation of the Itrana variety. The climate is mild, but the summer heat is tempered by the altitude. The rocky soil contributes to the intense flavor with marked overtones of green tomato characteristic of this cru.
